1.西兰花切成小朵,洗净备用。

2.火腿切小片、姜、蒜切片、枸杞20粒备用。

3.鸡蛋一只煎熟切成块,皮蛋一只切成小块。

4.锅内加底油,下姜片、蒜片小火炒香。

5.再放入皮蛋炒熟。

6.往锅内一次性加适量开水。

1、皮蛋要入锅炒熟,加入开水和鸡蛋后需要大火煮几分钟,这样汤色才会变浓变白
